At RiseNowMind, we offer a selection of personal development solutions including one-on-one coaching, workshops, digital learning resources, and branded merchandise. This document outlines the terms for each category.
2. Personal Development Services
Our live coaching sessions and workshops are designed to foster growth and well-being. To secure a booking, full payment is required at the time of scheduling. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the session are eligible for a full refund of the fee. If you cannot attend, you may request to reschedule up to 3 days before the scheduled date. Rescheduling requests submitted later than 3 days prior are subject to a rescheduling fee of 20% of the service cost. Sessions canceled less than 3 days before the date or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
3. Information Products
Our digital courses, e-books, and downloadable materials are accessible immediately upon purchase. All sales of digital content are final due to the nature of instant access. However, if you encounter a technical issue or defect, please contact our team through the Contact Form within 14 days of purchase to request support or a refund. Verified issues will be remedied or refunded at our discretion.
4. Physical Goods
Merchandise sold through RiseNowMind is backed by a 30-day satisfaction policy. If you are unsatisfied with a physical item, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a refund, submit a request via the Contact Form with your order number and photos of the item. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days of us receiving the item. Replacements for different sizes or colors are available at no additional fee.
5. Refund Policy Summary
- Services: Refundable if canceled ≥7 days in advance; partial rescheduling allowed; late cancellations and no-shows non-refundable.
- Digital Content: Generally non-refundable; refunds for defects upon timely request.
- Goods: Refundable within 30 days; replacement option provided.
